Your journey begins with a 30-minute consultation focused on understanding you as a whole. During this visit, we review your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, and health goals. Based on this discussion, appropriate laboratory testing is ordered and a one-hour follow-up visit is scheduled.

At your follow-up appointment, we review your results in detail and create a personalized plan of care tailored to your needs. From there, we recommend one of our continued care options and establish a follow-up cadence designed to support your long-term health and optimization goals.
